‘Innovative Solutions Co., Ltd’ – the Thai-American joint endeavor is a Teachers Recruitment and Solutions Company. With a well-defined focus on ‘Teaching English by Native English Speakers’, this young and dynamic organization has woven it’s network of schools all over Thailand. History of Innovative Solutions - Thailand

Innovative Solutions Thailand (IS) was established in 2006. Presently, Innovative Solutions Co., Ltd. has implemented this program in Government schools, International Schools, Private Schools and Bilingual Schools all over Thailand. IS has developed good reputation within the various school system in Thailand and, 75% of the partner schools have extended their contracts with our company, which is motivation enough!

Supatcha, a Chemical engineering graduate shifted to the ESL world with high motivation and purposes to empower the nation with qualified and talented teachers from abroad. Her exposure in the field of public relations and years of experience in client servicing in Thailand and abroad has driven her to join Innovative Solutions as a Director.

Mr. Bill Thomson - General Manager Overseas Recruitment
A Native American educated in London and lived in South Africa for several years. He managed multinational trading business for more than 14 years and has joined the team as overseas recruitment manager. His contacts in UK, US and SA in multiple service segments have helped Innovative Solutions to recruit teachers successfully from abroad. He has acquired his Masters in International Business and Logistics Management.

Mr. Garry Hakes – Human Resource Expert
Garry served companies like ‘Citigroup’ & ‘Nation Wide Finance’ in America as HR consultant. His present portfolio includes HR services to a number of international clients in US and Canada. He is our external HR consultant who nurtures a genuine love for Thailand.

Mr. Sanjib Chakraborty (Neil) – Director , Communications

Having spent 12 years in Education and Training market in India, Vietnam, Thailand and China he joined Innovative Solutions as Director of Communications. Sanjib is attached with leading name in the ESL industry and TESOL Teachers Training Company.
