Placement Procedure
  • Teacher submits application
    School submits job description

  • Both go through a process of screening and review

  • Agency contacts applicants and provide info on teaching ESL in Thailand. Receive info on job preferences and other desired conditions.

  • Agency contacts accepted positions and receive detailed info on the desired applicant

  • Match with suitable position / applicant, based on factors such as availability, preferences and requirements.

  • Teacher reviews Job description of recommended school.

  • School reviews application of recommended teachers

  • Agency arrange phone interview with schools’ director or head teacher and provide with a current foreign ESL teacher’s email address.

  • Teacher accepts position

  • School accepts applicant.

  • Sends employment contract to teacher

  • Teacher signs the contract and submits to Agency to secure the position.

School discontinues with applications / interviews and prepares for the E-2 Visa procedure
